Vladan holds a BSc in Economics and an MSc in Environmental Sciences from the University of Manchester (UK). Over more than two decades, he has led or overseen USD 300M+ in governance, economic growth, and climate programmes for USAID, the European Union, and the UN, working with central and local governments, parliaments, and civil society.
